Cassio Audi: Fine Tuned for Corporate Success


During his short stint as a drummer for the pop and rock band, Cassio Audi displayed skills and talents beyond playing the drums. He was at the core of the group’s music in roads. Between 1985 and 1989 when he performed with the band, they released three tracks including ‘All My Life’, ‘Theatre of Fate’ and ‘Soldiers of Sunrise’. The production of the tracks presented him with the opportunity to explore his musical skills as he wrote and arranged the tracks in addition to performing them before crowds like he did in 2016 when he joined the band live on stage. In both times, though years apart, Cassio Audi showed the music lovers his professional versatility and the multiple talents and skills that have propelled him to great heights in the corporate sector.

Excellent Management Hinged on Experience and Multiple Skills

Cassio Audio is a multilingual and democratic leader, who is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. He is an excellent change manager and strategic financial planner with specialization in developing and managing startups. His excellent company valuation, organizational restructuring, project planning, due diligence and cross-functional team leadership skills has enabled him develop a strong reputation of excellent corporate leadership. These skills were developed during his academic endeavors at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo where he graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1994. He furthered horned his skills at Universidade de São Paulo where he studied for his Master of Business Administration degree.

Over the years, Cassio Audi has refined his leadership philosophy by embracing the open leadership and hands-on leadership models. He began acquiring and polishing these skills in 1992 while working as a trader at JP Morgan Chase. After four years with the company, Cassio Audio embarked on a professional journey across the Brazilian landscape that has seen him lend his experience and skills to several firms across various industries including Dow Chemical, Rossi Residential and Gillette among others.
